We have launched our own brand grated cheese, Casa Italiano.

Casa Italiano is an appropriate brand for a grated cheese that aims to provide the very best cooking and eating experience. We use the minimum anti-caking agents and we grate from the block, not offcuts. This ensures a consistent shred length and minimises the microbiological threat. All our grates are tested to operate to the melts required in manufacturing processes.
